The Hopewell Community Policy Management Team (CPMT) and Family Assessment and Planning Team (FAPT) have current vacancies for a Parent Representative. The CPMT meetings are held every third Monday @2:00 pm. FAPT meetings are held on the first and second Wednesday of each month beginning at 9:15 am.
