Community Policy and Management Team (CPMT)

The Hopewell Community Policy Management Team (CPMT) and Family Assessment and Planning Team (FAPT) have current vacancies for a Parent Representative.   The CPMT meetings are held every third Monday @1:30PM. FAPT meetings are held on the first and second Wednesday of each month beginning at 9:00AM.

This person will present the parents perspective and assist parents receiving services if needed. The chosen representative will only be eligible to serve on either CPMT or FAPT.  A monetary stipend is given for each meeting attended.
