The City Council Chambers located at 300 N. Main Street are closed. Prior to the meeting, the public may offer comment on the public hearing items or under citizen comments by leaving a voice message with the City Clerk that will be read into the meeting minutes at (804) 541-2249. The public can also email comments to CityClerk@hopewellva.gov. All verbal and written comments must be received by 5PM the Monday prior the day before the public hearing. A complete copy of the proposed budget may be viewed on the City of Hopewell website at www.hopewellva.gov (http://www.hopewellva.gov/). Anyone needing assistance or accommodations under the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act should contact the City Clerk at (804) 541-2249.
